The use of hemostatic tourniquet is a proved means primary care. However, systemic disorders, as well ultrastructural, in the area compression can significantly worsen condition injured organism.
 aim. Estimation catalase level rats’ liver on background modifications ischemic-reperfusion syndrome to know severest pathogenic combination for Materials and methods. 260 white adult male rats were divided into 5 groups: control (KG), EG1 – simulation isolated ischemia-reperfusion (IRS) limb, EG2 volumetric blood loss, EG3 IRS limb with EG4 mechanical injury thigh, EG5 injury. variability was analyzed.
 Results. It found that each experimental interventions has led changes activity liver. most expressed pathological expressions observed 3rd after interventions, when studied index lower than 6,2 times by 33,1 %. On 7th day 9,4 44,5 % data concordantly. loss exhausting antioxydant enzyme critical posttraumatic period (day 3). same, but less significant effect registered group trauma EG5. This role factor complicated course traumatic disease due ischemic reperfusion.
 Conclusions. In this experiment, founded risk factors heavy emphasized importance particular attention such widespread method bleeding tratment, imposition tourniquet, our experiment it triggered ischemia-reperfusion. shown katalase depression respectively periods increasing lipid peroxydation.
